2. Service Description
ColorSpark is a mobile application that provides AI-generated coloring pages and digital coloring tools for children. The service includes both free and premium subscription features.
3. User Accounts

Parent/guardian accounts are required for children under 13.
•
You are responsible for maintaining account security.
•
One account per family; sharing outside your family is prohibited.
•
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
•
AI-generated coloring pages are for personal, non-commercial use only.
•
You retain rights to your child's colored artwork.
•
Our app, branding, and technology remain our property.
•
You may not reverse-engineer or copy our software.
5. Acceptable Use
•
Use the app only for its intended purpose.
•
Do not attempt to generate inappropriate content.
•
Do not interfere with the app's operation.
•
Do not use automated systems to access the service.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
•
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
•
Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
•
Refunds are handled by the respective app store.
•
Prices may change with notice.
7. Disclaimer & Limitations
ColorSpark is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions. AI-generated content, while filtered, may occasionally produce unexpected results.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with notice through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any subscriptions.
